All guitars have a 48 hour return policy. If the instrument is in it's original condition, a full refund minus actual shipping and handling, and a 10% restocking fee will be issued to the purchaser. Items that have been on layaway may be returned for store credit only (minus a 15% restocking fee).Purchaser must call store for authorization number before returning merchandise. Our owner, Jim Destafney is a retired naval officer. Honor and integrity are extremely important to us. However, we cannot be responsible for amplifier malfunctions incurred in shipping.
